Neil Readshaw is a senior security architect working in the Tivoli Security division of IBM Software Group. In this role, he works on emerging technologies in the security industry, while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Mr. Readshaw was part of IBM""s 1999 acquisition of DASCOM, a start-up security company that created what has become the Tivoli Access Manager product family. Mr. Readshaw received a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering, with First Class Honours, from the University of Queensland in Australia.

David Winters is a senior software engineer working in the Tivoli Security division of IBM Software Group. He performs both customer consulting and development tasks for various Tivoli security products. Mr. Winters was part of IBM""s 1999 acquisition of DASCOM, a start-up security company that created what has become the Tivoli Access Manager product family. He received a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Queensland in Australia.
